Archika Dogra – Innoverge

Archika Dogra is the founder of the global non-profit network Innoverge. Dogra created the first iteration of the organization as a high schooler in 2017 for her local community after recognizing an issue with the unimaginitiveness of her STEM curriculum and with how youths of differing backgrounds were unable to access equal education. Innoverge’s mission is to promote STEM education to underrepresented youths, so far across 14 different countries, as a way to combat educational inequality.

Innoverge was originally created in 2017 as a local community project in Bellvue, Washington. These local efforts grew and grew until Innoverge was relaunched in 2020 as a global initiative. The organization is entirely youth-led, and targets historically underrepresented youths with resources to help them succeed as leaders. Innoverge states that they are “endlessly striving to empower young leaders, thinkers, and innovators to use STEM to build a more just, equitable, and kind world.”

Innoverge’s youth-driven movement has helped over ten thousand students at this point through resources such as workshops, summer camps, and various events. Dogra has been recognized on Forbes’ 30 under 30 – Education list, as well as being selected as a WAFF Global Teen Leader, Mars Generation 24 under 24 Leader, and WISE Learner’s Voice Fellow. Innoverge itself has also been the recipient of numerous awards and grants. After serving as Innoverge’s executive director for five years, she has shifted to an advisory role in the organization and continued her education at Princeton University.
