Joosep Seitam
When I started looking for a young entrepreneur, I was searching for someone who had some of the same interests as me and shared a similar mindset. That’s when I found Joosep Seitam, the founder of Icecartel. He’s a young man who started cutting lawns at the age of 19. Later, he began shifting gears after discovering that he could use recycled goods to create valuable products. He started making seasonal items—for example, Christmas decorations. Thanks to his previous lawn care business, he already had experience with marketing, pricing, and hard work. He used those skills to grow his decor business.By his early 20s, Joosep had created multiple online brands and databases. All of this showed me that in business, one thing leads to another. You learn something in one area or company, and then you apply that knowledge in new ways, constantly stacking your skills to build something greater.Continuing with Joosep’s story, he eventually reached a point where he had multiple online businesses. But one stood out to me the most—Icecartel, his jewelry brand, which became a six-figure company. To sum it up, I think it’s incredibly inspiring that someone who started out doing something as common as lawn care was able to build a successful career in high-quality jewelry—just by applying the principles he learned from his earlier experiences and ideas.

I find it especially interesting how Joosep Sietam showcased the ability to build upon the foundation he had already built in his entrepreneurial journey. By using the acquired skills, he gained through his lawn care business he was able to venture off of into a new entrepreneurial project showcasing the true essence of what an entrepreneur is, as well as should be. This creates an engaging, thought-provoking instance for the reader as they likely think about their past and how they could possibly build off of it into a potential business. This is perfect example of inspiration in the Entrepreneural field.
You did a good job putting an emphasis on how one experience in the whole of entrepreneurship can lead to another, to the point where one’s starting point, which at the time may have appeared to be significant, is merely a stepping stone to a better, more desired product. This is an important idea to keep in mind when in the entrepreneurial world as it ensures one does not become complacent. Not only is this good for the entrepreneur, as you displayed through Sietam’s thriving jewelry business, but it is good for the wellbeing of common society, as it adds variety and better products into the marketplace which, in turn, results in more cashflow and job opportunities. Therefore, Joosep Sietam is a great example, as a young entrepreneur himself, for the upcoming ones due to his desire to achieve more through the knowledge gathered along the way.
I find it especially inspiring how Mikaila Ulmer turned a fearful experience into something so positive and impactful. By taking what once terrified her and transforming it into a mission-driven business, she perfectly represents what it means to be an entrepreneur. Her story encourages readers to reflect on their own challenges and consider how they can turn obstacles into opportunities for growth and purpose.
