Salish Matter creator of “Sincerely Yours”

Salish Matter is a 15-year-old girl who is the co-founder of Sincerly Yours, a gentle dermatology-developed, clinically tested essential oil to help the next generation feel confident in their skin. Salish worked together with her dad to find a product that would work for sensitive and young skin. What’s unique about Salish is that she was not afraid to speak up about how her skin had been struggling through her teenage years. Also, all the popular products for women’s/girls’ skin were too harsh on her skin. Soon she reached her target market, and many girls agreed with her. This business idea is interesting because there aren’t many face products out there that are soft for young girls’ skin and also safe and healthy. The entrepreneurial trait she represents is percolating. She started with a hunch and pondered it for a while, and it led to Sincerely Yours. Salsih inspires me because I have had and still do have issues with my skin, and it’s hard to find what face products are right for me and my age. I am definitely checking her products out at Ulta. The principles I have learned are not to forget about dialogue when I have an idea, just as Salish did; she talked to girls her age, and they were feeling the same way, and then came her idea to launch her business.
