Teen Hustl-Jack Bonneau

You really can’t start too young. At least, that’s the mentality Jack Bonneau has brought to the entrepreneurship sphere. Starting his first business (Jack’s Stands and Marketplaces) as a 9-year-old, he pitched on Shark Tank at 10 and holds the record for the show’s youngest male contestant to date.

At 14, though, he pivoted to a service called Teen Hustl, which is meant to fill the gap in early adolescent work opportunity left from the mostly-obsolete “paper route.” Teen Hustl gives teenagers the ability to work a delivery job, learn about responsibility and become better prepared to enter the workforce and make some cash on the side.

Teen Hustl functions similarly to services such as Doordash or Uber Eats, but with important differences. First, Teen Hustl drivers are trained and equipped as employees, rather than as independent contractors. This ensures better quality control. Additionally, Teen Hustl workers’ helmets have a GoPro installed to provide accountability for both employees and customers alike. Teen Hustl’s commitment to safety and accountability is part of what sets it apart from other companies. Additionally, because of its hyper-local emphasis, Teen Hustl can provide more efficient services within a small area.

Teen Hustl is an entrepreneurship project dedicated to providing the next generation with the ability to earn honest money and gain valuable experience like their grandparents did, but in the work environment of the 21st century. Jack Bonneau saw a need that’s been growing for a while, and found a newfangled way to solve an old-fashioned problem and create a whole lot of good summer jobs in the process.

This is a great idea! It will really help teenagers get jobs to help them save for expenses now and during college or early work force if they choose to go.
