Heroes – Tristan Petit, Adrien Dewulf, and Cyriac Lefort
Tristan Petit, Adrien Dewulf, and Cyriac Lefort saw that there was a problem in accessible platforms to help Gen-Z workers get jobs at retail businesses. So, they came up with a platform named Heroes, which allows those Gen-Z job seekers submit job applications and permits employers to share some day-in-the-life videos of workers in the field/position currently. Something that is exemplary about these young entrepreneurs is the fact they saw a current problem within their age group, that even they were struggling with. Getting Gen-Z jobs is what drives these three young entrepreneurs. Their idea is great due to the fact of accessibility and easy-to-use features within the platform they created. An entrepreneurial trait they exemplify is problem-solving individuals. They saw a problem that was very impactful to the Generation-Z. This inspired me due to the fact that sometimes the problem is presented in front of you; sometimes you just need to be the person willing to take that leap of faith and follow through the plan.
