Emma Chamberlain is an American YouTuber and businesswoman. In 2016, when Emma was only a sophomore in high school, she launched her YouTube channel. Her YouTube channel currently has over 12 million subscribers. She is also a very successful podcast host. In December of 2019 Emma launched her own online mail order coffee company, Chamberlain Coffee. What began as just a way to purchase coffee online has become a coffee community. The website now offers teas, matcha, and accessories alongside coffee. Chamberlain Coffee has expanded into a physical location in Los Angeles which serves coffee and other drinks as well as selling their other products and accessories. It has also expanded to selling their products, ready-made drinks and coffee beans in stores like Walmart and Target.
Emma innovated through her marketing strategy. At the time, most brands were still using more traditional advertising while she used her image and established following to build a community. Chamberlain Coffee is aimed at Gen-Z and seeks them as a target market, placing emphasis on sustainability, clean ingredients, and ethical sourcing. Instead of selling only coffee beans like many other businesses, they offer single serve coffee bags in a tea bag style, ready to drink lattes in cans, seasonal and collaborative limited addition products, matcha powders and flavored matcha, and nontraditional flavors such as blue matcha latte and strawberries & cream. Chamberlain Coffee became a multimillion-dollar brand while spending far less on traditional marketing than competitors. Emma also offers her own personal recipes on the website.
Emma Chamberlain is a great example of a successful young entrepreneur. She has created a community centered around something she loves. Her humor and image make the brand what it is and the quality trendy products keep customers coming back.

As a matcha lover, when I discovered Chamberlain Coffee, I could not go back! Your statement that she targets Gen-Z buyers due to her product sustainability and aesthetics is absolutely correct. Her brand logo is very attractive and has contributed to success in her business model. Her personality is also a major factor in drawing in her target demographic; overall, Emma is a successful entrepreneur who has skills in marketing and quality design which you captured excellently.
Emma Chamberlain’s brand is brilliant! I love her marketing strategies and just the business as a whole. She blends innovation and creativity which ultimately make her very successful.
Using the social media skills most of us all know to get an edge on her competition is so smart! Also having a community of loyal customers spreading it through word of mouth now cannot hurt at all.
