Not too many people can say that their business began due to the threat of a kidney transplant. For Marilee Nelson, her own personal experience with kidney failure at 23 years old sparked the lifelong expedition for natural wellness and healing the body holistically.

10 years later, another hurdle was thrown into her story, when her son was diagnosed with chemical injury to the brain, due to harmful pesticides. These three women’s worlds colliding marked the beginning of Branch Basics.
