Alina Morse
Alina Morse formed her business at just 7 years old, showing her entrepreneurial skills from a very young age. Her business is called Zollipops. As a child she always enjoyed candy, but she knew that in was very unhealthy for your teeth, and the rest of your body as well, so she wanted to make a form of candy that tasted good, but didn’t have all the unhealthy sugars. That’s how she started her business, but she soon discovered that she could actually take it a step further. Instead of just making sugar-free candy, she actually managed to make the candies in such a way that they were actually healthy for your teeth. This is incredibly innovative, because many people approach this problem with the mindset that they should make candy that isn’t unhealthy, but they stop at that. They make sugar-free candies and everything, but don’t think to add nutrients to turn candy into a healthy food. Morse demonstrates several entrepreneurial qualities, including that she saw a problem, unhealthy candy, and not only solved the problem by making the candy kind of neutral on the healthiness scale, but she actually tipped the balance towards the other end. Finding the solution, and improving on that. She also shows her problem finding and solving skills. Morse is inspiring, not only because she started her business at such a young age, but she because she went above and beyond to solve a problem which she herself had experienced. I learned that no problem is too small to be important when seen from the right angle. Everyone likes candy, but now people don’t need to feel guilty about eating it.

I love this! I feel like we are starting to see more innovation in this entrepreneurial space of not just dieting, but creating a sustainable diet that supports our bodies’ needs. I did not know about her company, but I think this is a great idea, and it seems like she is carrying it out well!
This post clearly explains Alina Morse’s entrepreneurial mindset and why Zollipops is such an innovative idea. You do a strong job highlighting how she went beyond simply removing sugar to actually improving dental health, which strengthens the problem-solution narrative. Connecting her personal experience to the business makes the story relatable and inspiring. Overall, it effectively shows how creativity, empathy, and persistence regardless of age can turn a simple idea into a meaningful, impactful business.
