Ben Pasternak

Ben Pasternak is an Australian born entrepreneur who continues to push the bounds of innovation and be an inspiration to all young entrepreneurs. At a young age, Ben started experimenting with creating mobile apps. By the time he was a teenager he had already launched Impossible Rush and Impossible Dial. These two games quickly climbed up the app store charts and became large successes. Realizing he had serious entrepreneurial potential, Pasternak begged his parents to let him drop out of high school. He finally convinced them and was able to gain over a million dollars in funding to follow his dream and move to New York City. At the age of 17, he did just that.  Quickly after arriving there, he co-founded Flogg, which is a mix of social media and e-commerce in a site. The app allows teens to browse things like video game and sneakers on their phones. Through the creation of this site, Ben was able to gain a lot of attention and funding. Quickly after finding much success in Flogg, Ben decided to shift his focus to another passion of his: Food science. In 2018 he founded Simulate a company with the goal of pushing the bounds of food innovation through science and technology. The company’s flagship product is Nuggs. These are completely plant-based chicken nugget substitutes that have completely taken off since the company began.

Stimulate has gained the attention of many prominent investors and they continue to innovate and show what’s possible in the alternative protein market.  Ben himself has been included in the Forbs 30 under 30 and is a prime example of what free thinking, innovation, and big dreams can lead to.
