Brooklyn and Bailey McKnight – Stay ITK and Lash Next Door

Brooklyn and Bailey McKnight are identical twin sisters who have extraordinary entrepreneurship spirits. They were born in 1999 and have been successful YouTubers for nearly their entire lives. Growing up they appeared on their mom’s YouTube channel Cute Girl Hairstyles. They started their own channel in 2013 and have since grown to 7.35 million subscribers on YouTube and 9.7 million followers on Instagram. They both graduated from Baylor University in 2021 with degrees in entrepreneurship.

The twins hold two successful businesses that they built together. First, Lash Next Door, a brand that started with their signature waterproof mascara and has become an online clothing and accessory store. Lash Next Door launched in 2018 with the focus of mascara and hair accessories, but by 2019 focused mostly on the clothing line.

In 2022 Brooklyn and Bailey announced their second brand, Stay ITK. Stay ITK is a skincare brand focused on clean and affordable products. They partnered with Walmart to distribute their products across the country. Brooklyn is a certified esthetician and wanted to open the world of skincare to everyone.

Brooklyn and Bailey are using their brands to innovate and add value to consumers. They saw that the skincare market was over saturated and over complicated, so they created a simple alternative. Stay ITK stands for stay in the know and shares all of the products ingredients and explains how each benefits the skin. All products are priced under $15 to make them much more accessible than competing brands.

They Inspire me because I have personally been a consumer of Lash Next Door and Stay ITK for the past few years and the product quality is consistently great. I have never been disappointed by a product and use them regularly. It is inspiring to watch young women follow their dreams and create something that they themselves want.
