Bejay Mulenga

Bejay Mulenga was born in London in 1995, and had the beginnings of an entrepreneur early. He went from selling candy at his school, to his most notable entrepreneurial venture: founding Supa Network, a company that connects brands with young creative talent while helping train and employ them. What makes him special is how his pursuits aren’t just about personal profit, but about empowering others to succeed as well. Bejay’s drive comes from an uncommon understanding of youth potential and a desire to close opportunity gaps. His projects give young people real-world business experience and helps them build confidence. Uplifting others while growing his own enterprise shows a rare maturity and empathy in Bejay. On top of everything, his idea is great because it’s sustainable by investing in young people.

Bejay inspires me because he proves that success doesn’t require waiting for permission or resources. It begins with initiative, collaboration, and belief. It also shows me that I don’t have to put others down to achieve success and that success doesn;t come at the cost of the failure of others. but rather, that supporting my peers and helping others is an excellent way to succeed personally in the entrepreneurial world. From his story, I’ve learned that the best entrepreneurs create value not only through what they sell, but through how they serve others. Innovation is most powerful when it uplifts people, not just profits.
