Archika Dogra
High school student Archika Dogra became an entrepreneur in 2017 when she founded Innoverge. Innoverge is a global network designed to support underrepresented youths and promote STEM education.

Innoverge is currently supporting over 11,000 underrepresented youths through connections with libraries, schools, and community centers. They are currently impacting people in over fourteen countries in grades Kindergarten through 8th. The program has received more than $15,000 in grants and resource sponsorships from organizations like Disney, Ann Taylor and The Hershey Company.
Dogra has said that “My sense of what was possible was constantly expanding thanks to the remarkable people I was meeting over the years. Looking back, I’m deeply grateful to the mentors who opened doors I never knew existed and the friends who were generous enough to expand my worldview.”

Hey, I love this one because I actually heard the TED talk Arichika did. It is crazy that as a high schooler she was already thinking about and taking actions about such important things. I also like that she credited her mentors for the success she had. It is such an encouraging thing to see and I cannot wait to see how the vision grows.
I love that despite being in high school she has created an organization that expands internationally and has garnered support from big names.
