Hailey Bieber – Rhode
Hailey Bieber, born Hailey Rhode Baldwin, is a model and wife of singer Justin Bieber, but also a very successful entrepreneur. In June of 2022 Hailey launched her skincare brand Rhode. Rhode soared to success and by March of 2025 the brand had earned over 200 million dollars. In May of 2025 E.L.F. Cosmetics announced its acquisition of Rhode for 1 billion dollars.
Rhode is an innovative business because instead of just selling skincare products and lip glosses, Hailey created special phone cases that held Rhode lip gloss. This product took off and started a whole new trend. Lip gloss went from being a beauty product to being an accessory.
Rhode skincare was specially formulated to benefit different skin types and needs with intentional ingredients. The brand is very open about the ingredients they use and transparent about their environmental footprint. Rhode is an innovative business that made unique products and created a recognizable brand. Hailey was thoughtful and creative in building her business and proved herself to be a smart business woman when she sold Rhode to E.L.F. Cosmetics.

I had no idea that Hailey Bieber was such a successful entrepreneur! I love how she created a phone case to specifically hold lip gloss! I feel finding a place to put your lip gloss has been an issue for a while, finding a way to put it on a phone case was a great idea!
Hailey Bieber seems like a very influential entrepreneur. Especially for the make-up industry. Her new innovative design of a lip gloss phone case is very clever. Her ability to create a new trend seems extremely helpful for marketing her make-up products also.
I did not know that Hailey Bieber started her own brand and product! I will be sure to purchase one of these to hold my Burtz Beez Vitamin E and Peppermint chapstick!
