Rebecca Hessel Cohen- Owner of LoveShackFancy
Rebecca founded Love Shack Fancy in 2013 with a single hand-dyed dress from her wedding, from that she built a brand that has grown into world lifestyle and fashion company. Love Shack Fancy aesthetic is a vintage inspiration with a fun modern twist on femininity, with pink flowers, ruffles, lace, and bows. Its now an award-winning family-owned company, there is 21 stores worldwide and 450 retail partners and they have had collaboration with Gap, Stanley, Pottery Barn, Supergoop, and Victorias Secret. They offer women’s clothing, beauty products, home décor, and active wear. Rebecca always grew up in a vintage house and dressing up in vintage-dainty clothes, for her wedding she created dresses for her brides’ maids that wear known as the “Love Dress” that soon became one of the most popular dresses that she sells on Love Shack fancy. Revecca inspires me through how she puts in hard work for her business and is always creating and designing new clothing pieces. Along with the marketing that Love Shack Fancy does, it’s always beautiful and creative and it stays true to the message and drive that the company talks about. They just recently came out with a collab with Victoria’s Secret they were selling pajamas with bows and the well-known mascot dog from Victoria’s Secret. I have the pajamas pants, and the quality is great, and the pants are very comfortable and cute!

I’ve heard about this company, but I didn’t really know anything about it. I really like the concept and the fact that it is family owned! I think it’s a great example of turning your passion into a product, and how small starts make big businesses.
