Gabi’s Vintage – Gabrielle Renee Jones

Gabrielle Renee Jones, originating from Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a young entrepreneur whose company didn’t originate from a boardroom but rather out of genuine love for aesthetics, storytelling, and vintage culture. What started as a hobby eventually evolved into something much bigger. Gabi’s Vintage is a youth-run, creative, vintage-inspired brand that curates, styles, and sells clothes made by hand as well as picked by hand. Her business blends vintage fashion, lifestyle branding, and aesthetic storytelling. What distinguishes Jones from other entrepreneurs is her work ethic. She manages everything herself, which includes creative direction, marketing and social media, product sourcing and design, and business operations. Gabrielle doesn’t do this because she is obligated to; she does all of this because she loves it. She launched a one-woman startup, having to teach herself everything an entrepreneur needs to know. Her success didn’t come to fruition accidentally; she was able to succeed due to her own intentional brand-building. Jones excels in things such as signature visual style, curated drops rather than constant inventory, and a market driven by community. With consistency and focus, Gabrielle Jones was able to expand her business and demonstrate success as a young entrepreneur. Jones is a pure example of a young entrepreneur in our generation.

I think it is unique that she used the past to innovate. Sometimes the idea does not have to be futuristic, but it can draw from the past.
I love that she is so interested in educating the younger generations on past fashion. It is so inspirational that she manages all of her business by herself!
It’s always so cool to see how someone gets the spot they are in as an entrepreneur. Not to mention it is also beneficial for others who are trying to make it in the entrepreneurial world to take a good look at others who have made their presence felt.
