Zach Yadegari- Cal AI

Zach Yadegari was 18 when he launched his app Cal Ai from his parents’ home in New York. Cal Ai is an app where you upload a photo of your food, and the Ai based app software gives you an estimate of the total calories on the plate. Cal Ai now has over 30 employees and is profiting 1.4 million per month. However, this isn’t the only business Yadegari has started. In high school he created a website called “Totally Science” that was a website where students could play games on their school laptops, which he later sold for 100 thousand dollars. Yadegari is currently a college student at the University of Miami’s Business school. Yadegari said, “I think that entrepreneurship is really cool because at the end of the day, age doesn’t really matter much, you’re either good or not good at what you do, and then the market will decide the results.” Yadegari understands you don’t have to be a certain age to start a business. He knows and has experiences of being a successful entrainer at a young age.
