Marcus Webb ClearRoute
Entrepreneurs are defined by seeing opportunities where most others would see problems or risk. A young Entrepreneur that demonstrates this mindset is Marcus Webb, co-founder of ClearRoute. Webb and his partners identified a problem in the market of software delivery, a market most others would not think about. He then builds an entire business around improving the process of software delivery and helping businesses bring digital products to the market more efficiently. Marcus Webb is also actively showing that innovating is not always creating a new product. Sometimes the best innovators find problems with markets or products that already exist and improve upon them. Another reason I think that Marcus Webb was successful is his focus on improving customer experience. Many of the most successful businesses are heavily built around creating value for their customers, which ClearRoute is built to do. By focusing on the needs of clients and helping them solve real problems, Webb has helped create a company that improves value and experience for its customers. Something I learned from Webb is that it is not always the most innovative or grandest ideas that can be successful, sometimes it is simply identifying a current market efficiency problem and improving the customer experience.
