The entrepenurial trait of Go-Getterness

While researching Gen Z entrepreneurs, one of the more common things I noticed was that most of the entrepreneurs are not folks who like to stay in school. Some of the most successful I’ve run into didn’t even graduate high school, like in the case of Ben Pasternak. Ben dropped out of high school and turned down internships at both Facebook and Google. These successful folks have a bone in their body that seems to be different from the rest. My thought process is that because they HAVE to make it work in business, they have a different level of grit that pushes them.

Another trait of Gen Z entrepreneurs is their desire for freedom and flexibility. No one in our generation seems to be overly worried about job security or climbing the corporate ladder. My thought is that these traits are ones that further help motivate young folks to survive in a world that is getting ever more expensive for common living.
