Audrey Finocchiaro – The Nitro Bar

Author: Maria Rossi-Keen
Audrey Finocchiaro is the co-founder and co-owner of The Nitro Bar, a chain of Massachusetts coffee shops that is sweeping the internet and the East Coast. In 2016, Audrey and her partner Sam decided to open a coffee cart to sell their nitro brew. With only a $1500 credit card loan, they built their cart and slowly began building their local presence through farmers’ markets and vendor fairs. In the Spring of 2017, the pair secured a $100,000 investment to continue to grow their brand. As the demand increased, they began selling their nitro brew to local breweries and grocery stores. Their retail success led to the grand opening of their first location in 2018. Over the past six years, The Nitro Brew’s brand has experienced considerable growth. Audrey and Sam opened 2 more locations and acquired 462,000 followers on Instagram. Audrey has served as the face of The Nitro Bar and grown her revenue 60% through her content. The Nitro Bar has earned $ 4.5 million this year through various profit streams, including social media, merchandise, brand partnerships, and business revenue. Audrey Finocchiaro did not revolutionize the world of coffee; however, she is shaping the way consumers view the brands they love. People don’t go to the Nitro Bar just for coffee; they go for the entire experience that it sells. As they continue to grow, they hope to acquire out-of-state locations and continue to develop new menu items and flavors. By continually providing quality ingredients and products, The Nitro Bar is growing to become a staple in the Massachusetts business network.
