Synaptix

Synaptix is an Italian technology company that is related to automotive and motorsport. It is run by Samuele D’Esposito’s Entrepreneurial Journey. There are some unique things I have noticed while researching Synaptix. The first being Samuele is very strategic in his decision making. He says that he is very aware of separating what he knows from what he assumes. He focuses on facts while leaving assumptions behind. He looks at the ability to reverse something if he makes a decision and takes that into account before making it. The company is still small scale but is growing rapidly with introduction of AI into their systems. The project began as a class assignment and then they turned it into a company. This makes their company extremely interesting because it can be just like our entrepreneurship class.

I have learned the principles of deciding what to do with my own life. Samuele shares his journey about this, and it is very interesting to me. He explains how he has been told that some of his choices or decisions have not been the safest or most conventional ones, but they were great for his startup. He explains how advice should be taken but understand that it is coming from people based on their own experiences not yours. this Gen z entrepreneur is extremely interesting and inspiring to me.

This is a very explanation of Samuele’s mind. I like how you explained that he separates what he knows from what he assumes. This part of the risk in entrepreneurship is underrated.
